Before the land of the "Internet" appeared there was "television" In the 1970's when this whale appeared, It was spectacular! It was getting pretty smelly so the Oregon Highway Division decided to blow it up to get rid of it! It did alright! About 800 ft around was covered in whale parts-dont even want to picture that.
